Subscribe to Heard at HeritageSubscribe

Does the Constitution guarantee a right to a “basic minimum education”? How will a court’s decision affect the quality of education provided by public schools? Join us for a discussion with experts in education policy and law as they analyze the 6th Circuit’s recent ruling in Gary B. v.
