I was hospitalized for only about 20 or 22 hours in total, including sleep and morning gallbladder surgery and recovery, coming up on 2 years ago now back in Phoenix. (Hard to believe that, next week, I will have been out of Arizona for a whole year.) It didn't take anywhere near 18 hours to get ultrasound and CT scans. Maybe 3 or 4 hours. Banner Health was pretty good. Fortunately I was admitted as an "emergent" case or I might have had to endure the pain for another week or longer while arranging for outpatient surgery etc.

John must be suffering from vertigo. Scarlett Johansson never had a Russian accent. Elizabeth Olsen has had an accent in a couple of films and yes it comes and goes.
The sister left the US when she was like 6? 4? And then went to be brainwashed into a super assassin. You can't imagine picking up an accent there?
