I was disappointed in this podcast. I'm not interested in Brittney Spears as a fan (I'm not).
What I would have expected from the Federalist in covering this issue is conservatorships in general. What safeguards are in place for abuse?
How about conservatorships for less famous people? What are the incidents of abuse in those situations?
It's an important issue, and this podcast blew it, given what Federalist usually covers.
