Our old friend DC McAllister recently wrote a fascinating article at The Federalist titled, “Why Demanding Equality in All Things Makes Us Narcissists.” Which prompted Dave Carter to sit down with DC and explore the issue in-depth. We think you’ll find their exchange interesting, to say the least.

As I was listening to the podcast, Margaret Thatcher's exchange with the lefty came to mind. It was great to hear it mentioned. A more extended discussion with some visual aids.

D.C. McAllister, I think you said : "Cruelty is facilitating delusions that you are self defined rather than other defined by God."
The ways we facilitate those delusions in ourselves and others, and what we need to do to begin to cease doing that---what changes we need to make in the way we use language, and in our habits, so that we, at least, aren't feeding, in ourselves and others, the crazy delusion that we are whatever we define ourselves to be---I'd love to read anything either you or Dave Carter write on that.
Looking forward to reading the essay on which this podcast is based.
Great podcast !
