The Democratic race is heating up as Biden, Bernie, and Bloomberg start to start to jump out from the pack going into Super Tuesday. We look at the biggest states voting that day, California and Texas, with iconic Democratic strategist Bob Shrum and Houston Chronicle columnist Erica Grieder; take in a view from flyover country with political reporter Salena Zito; and talk Trump with EPPC Senior Fellow and New York Times columnist Pete Wehner. All this and the ad of the week, only on The Horse Race!

Hosted by Henry Olsen, with guests EGErica Grieder, PWPeter Wehner, and Salena Zito

Hopefully, Erica will maintain her composure more in the 2020 election cycle than she did in 2016 at Texas Monthly (I didn't vote for Trump, but I also didn't have a meltdown on election night, after writing stories like this in the run-up to the Trump-Clinton race)

Someone please tell me whether Peter Whiner is at all tolerable in this podcast. It was difficult to listen to him even before he succumbed to TDS...Just as I thought...started listening to him and he was like a broken record so I skipped the rest. What a bore.

Why in the world does she talk so fast? Every time Henry asks a question she starts talking before he finishes the question. Was there a satellite or Internet delay or something?

She talks so fast that I can barely understand anything that she is saying. It's very annoying. You would think someone would tell her not to talk like that.

Didn't listen to that part so can't help you. The last part with Salena Zito and the Ad of the Week were good (starts at about 48-49). Couldn't listen to the other parts - again too much speculation about what will happen and/or TDS.

Tired of the toxicity of social media? Why not join Ricochet for just $5/month? Think of it as an online bar. Come in, have a drink, hang out, say whatever you want. But don’t badger, bully, or berate the other drinkers. That's our only rule.
