Another factor in the Tulsi/Hillary brawl is that Tulsi is a US Military officer. Calling her (or any such officer) treasonous is not endearing.
What would happen to a green card holder or work visa participant, if they got caught with a DUI? I think a DUI can really de-rail a citizen’s life.

Please. Even if Donald Trump believes he did nothing wrong, he certainly understands that it gave ammunition to his enemies, and caused him no end of trouble and embarrassment.
There was a Congressional statute that said Trump could not release the money unless the Ukraine cleaned up its corruption. Given the short period in which Trump held the money, I do not see that as anything other than due diligence. So what did Trump do wrong in the context of the other law?
