GOOD: Montana Democratic senator Jon Tester might not run, which would give the GOP a nice headstart in the 2024 Senate races.
BAD: Good riddance, Dianne Feinstein; while I could see the argument this is good, it's been an open secret that she's senile for years and she just stayed in office. Ideally this would spur a serious discussion of what to do when a lawmaker is too old to perform her duties but refuses to resign.
