She has also been quoted in media outlets across the nation, including the New York Times and Washington Post. Before joining IJ, Erica served as a law clerk for the Honorable Terrence Boyle of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Erica graduated received her law degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is currently fighting to protect Montana’s school choice program at the U.S. Supreme Court.
