This week, Jonah Goldberg is on vacation, so we’ve enlisted Richard Rushfield, our good friend and proprietor of the indispensable Hollywood newsletter The Ankler to join and discuss the good, the bad, and yes the ugly of show business. That includes the lameness of most movie marketing, and the trouble at Nickelodeon. Also, Rob Long is on hiatus, and John Podhoretz is all in for Passover.

I hear the GLoP folks and others say that they dislike Sebastian Gorka, but they never seem to say what is so bad about this person.
What did he do wrong? Most of us don’t have time to follow the insider details.
Hey, guys! The song and movie title is I Can Only Imagine. It’s hard to hear Wynonna sing it without getting a bit choked up, and I’m not a practicing Christian. I bet Jay Nordlinger knows it.
I came here with the same question. I don’t know much about Mr. Gorka, having heard him a few times on Andrew Klavan’s podcast. He seemed knowledgeable when he appeared. The amount of snark coming from JPod makes me think Mr. Gorka has been positive about Trump at some point.
Richard Rushfield does a great impression of Bob Newhart.
