No, they cannot be separated because they are the same.

That's what I've come to believe, too, Juno.

It was pointed out to me that Islam has already made inroads into our governance. I disagree: Muslims have made inroads, but so far they have not tried to pass sharia law. If anyone knows differently, let me know.

There no dichotomy between religion and politics in Islam, it is all one and any opinion to the contrary is against Islam. In DC in the 80's I ran across an Islam that hijacked cigarette trucks along the 95 corridor to fund operations against rival sects. That's where I received my copy of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which I already knew by reputation, for my enemies shelf where it still lives with Das Kapital, Mein Kampf, and Mao's Little Red Book. Later, other muslims that I barely knew launched broad slanders against me for no apparent reason. I have many friends with ugly stories from when Uncle Sam stationed them in various parts of the Islamic world. It is not enrichment to bring that here. It is not a nice thing to do to our children. Ask Tommy Robinson. Ask Mark Steyn.
