| Simon Templar: I would vote for Sarah Palin any day of the week and twice on Sundays. ... Before Ted Cruz came onto the scene, she was the only Republican on the national stage with a pair of cojones. ... |
I'm right behind you. Sarah Palin is a mega-watt leader ... she's driven a lot or even the majority of the conservative agenda since 2008 with posts to her facebook page, "death panels", etc, etc, etc, etc ...
She's one of a handful of Republicans that could be trusted to wage all out war against the progressive rot that is destroying America ...
Mozart wrote his last three symphonies, 39, 40, 41, during the final six weeks of his life. Listening to them as a whole is an incredible experience ...

Saving Americans engaged in combat should have unquestioned priority over collateral damage.
During the Vietnam War, an F-105 pilot was shot down over Thud Ridge, he was rescued when the general in charge shut down the air war over North Vietnam so SAR could locate and pick him up, which they did. That's how Americans fight wars, or at least how we use to fight them.
You are an arm chair neo con of the worst sort. Feel better? Your comments about people signing up for nation building demonstrate your lack of first hand knowledge of going in harm's way for our nation and sorry, but we aren't handing out medals to volunteer attorneys lining their pockets in a hostile zone. ... |
I think James could benefit from an extended tour on the tip of the spear in a hot war ... working in a dangerous zip code isn't remotely similar to front line combat ...
James, the question is, why does anyone go to strip clubs, nothing hot or sexy about insincerity ... the real heat and passion occurs in private, where it's always ok to leave your hat on ...
That's going to have to be REO Speedwagon ... you gotta Roll With the Changes
Doug, Obama is working overtime stacking high a staggering pile of macro-economic policies and regulations that Argentina politicians would lust over ... the economy has already fallen into the statist economic abyss, from here on, the economic outlook is increasingly less than zero sum.
So, high stakes poker it is ... consider the results of an old friend of mine and Dartmouth grad, Chip Reese ...
Listening to progressives discuss their values or philosophies is chilling, they are planning a exceedingly grim future for our kids and grandchildren ...
| Rick Wilson: (updated) ... The Charge of the Light Brigade was romantic and dashing, but most everyone in it died. They deployed based on bad intelligence, stuck to a stubborn approach, and were slaughtered wholesale. Let's keep that in mind before fighting Culture War 3.0. · · 6 hours ago |
Charge of the Light Brigade ... are you kidding ... what we want and need is the Normandy Invasion ... with Patton leading just not the 3rd Army but all of the Armies ...
Even the most detailed descriptions of late term abortions fail to communicate the grotesque barbarism. It just doesn't get anymore grim than slaughtering children because caring for them is inconvenient.
Anne, I'm not sure Hitler wasn't a rational actor ... if the response to aggression is appeasement, continued aggression would be a rational choice ...
I wonder if some of the dim bulbs in the MSM have begun to generate enough current to recognize that the first nuclear detonations in the U.S. will be where they live, D.C. and NYC. The irony will be complete when liberals and progressives, who hysterically opposed Reagan's Star Wars, suddenly begin to hysterically demand an instant and perfect Star Wars capability.
Ashley Judd is the all time perfect Democrat ... she's the gold standard by which other Democrats can be measured ...

Re: Hyperinflation, any day now?
Deflation is the monster that we don't want to get loose. Without the Fed's massive injection of liquidity, we'd already be deep in a depression. As Obama continues piling up economy killing macroeconomic polices, the macro-environment will eventually overwhelm all of the Fed's input of liquidity and deflation will be America's end game.
All of this hand-wringing about inflation is misplaced ... by comparison, inflation is kid stuff ... deflation is the monster that will wreck all of our lives ...
