Today’s episode of the Daily Daily Caller Podcast is a little different: it’s turned over to the listeners. We answer email questions ranging from how to fix the health care system and what will be come of “Never Trump” Republicans after President Donald Trump, to how to deal with a spouse suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome” and the origin of the saying, “Holy Frank Tanana.”

Listener emails drive the show Tuesday, as we respond to as many questions as we can during the show. From across the country, listeners submitted questions on policy, politics, cats, and we finally get the answer behind one of the most frequently used phrases on the show: “Holy Frank Tanana.”

Healthcare in the rest of the world is rationed; there are weeks or months long wait lists for doctor visits and surgeries. With the resulting higher death rates, and a reduction in the effectiveness of the treatments, when they’re eventually delivered.

There was a story this past summer about the UK’s NHS refusing to pay for cataract surgeries for people over the age of 80, leaving these people to go blind. Because these surgeries where not cost effective. I’ll tell you what, when its my money, and my eyesight, such surgeries are cost effective – because its important that I see.
