Well, Well, Well…
I have serious problems with polls. Nonetheless, that doesn’t mean I can’t make a post about one I find interesting: Stunning Poll Reveals Trump Would Win Election Held Today, As Nearly 1 In 10 Democrats ‘Regret’ Their 2020 Vote.
Stunning new poll numbers from Rasmussen Reports suggest nearly 1 in 10 Democrats regret their vote in the 2020 Presidential election, with 12 percent of ‘Moderates’ saying the same, and 14 percent of Black Americans expressing regret.
Furthermore, asked how people would vote if a presidential election were held today, just 37 percent said they would vote for Joe Biden, down from 45 percent who said they did. Forty-three percent said they would vote for Donald Trump.
The Rasmussen Reports numbers shine a new light on just how poorly Joe Biden has performed in his first few months as President of the United States.
The Details.
- Just 37 percent of voters say they would vote for Biden today;
- 13 percent of Democrats say they would vote for Trump today;
- Moderate voters support for Biden has plummeted 13 points, while Trump has gained;
- 11 percent of 18-39 year olds regret their 2020 vote;
- 14 percent of Black Americans regret their 2020 vote;
- 9 percent of Democrats regret their 2020 vote;
- 12 percent of Moderates regret their 2020 vote.
The “regret voting for Biden” numbers are also surprising.
One poll I’d like to see is the percentage of never-Trumpers who regret not voting for Trump and/or voting for Biden . . .

I still find it troubling that only 11%, 14% & 12% of 18-39 yr olds, Blacks & moderates respectively regret their vote. What world are they living in? Maybe they are living in a cave.
At least it’s a start. Maybe the number will grow over time . . .
People really have a hard time admitting mistakes.
Does it matter? It seems the election has been rigged. Not sure how people vote is going to matter much with the current counting regime. It will just be more of the same.
The never Trumpers and the never again Trumpers will always profess that biden is better than Trump regardless of what happens.
Naw, they’re living in Mommy and Daddy’s basement, in subsidized housing, on college campuses, in the toney suburbs of Washington D.C., in high-priced mansions in the Northeast and the coastal states.
And, they’re all totally convinced that they’re better than you not to mention infinitely smarter.
Yes. They will never regret it.
ALready seen one say so.
And the Never Trumpers are worse than regular democrats because they are traitors to the conservative cause they claim to support.
But 37% is greater than the percentage of people that actually did vote for Biden ;)
They will never admit that they made such a gargantuan mistake– our NTer-in-Chief, @garyrobbins, has been busy posting photos of Arizona Justices in short pants, urging that he be given some kind of award for being a member of Ricochet so long and writing book reviews. Not long ago, he told me, in a comment, that he was still proud of his vote for Biden, or words to that general effect. Haven’t heard from him since the worst “Presidential” blunder maybe in American history….hmmmmmmm.. wonder why… It is so incomprehensible to me that anyone could still justify having voted for Biden I have to wonder, after The Stain of the Disgrace of Kabul, whether there might be some disordering going on. Of course, who am I to say, as I actually believe there are good faith reasons to question the legitimacy of the 2020 election and I further believe there is ample evidence in support of that position and, if all that is not crazy enough, I say it out loud, over and over and over again. God Bless America, as that is our last hope.
I find it stunning anyone that was a pro-Bidenite regrets it. There’s hardly any media coverage on Biden gaffs, and if you’re a steady MSNBCer, there’s probably nothing but “love” for good ole uncle Joe. Going back to Obama, who I consider the worst President I’ve ever seen, the media has white washed (today that phrase is racist) his every misdeed and made him an icon.
I find the term “regret” do be significant. That is different than simply changing your mind on who you would vote for if the election were held today.
I also agree with the posts above, that it means nothing if we have no confidence in the integrity of our elections. Frankly, I have no confidence in the integrity of our elections. so there is that. It means nothing.
Anything less than 100% regret voting for Joe Biden makes no sense to me.
Yes, qualified regret is often not real regret. “I regret you made me shoot you.”
Zero. The worse it is, the better to punish America for allowing the bitter clinging deplorable hobbits to win in 2016.
Not to mention, ignoring Hunter being the bag man for “Biden Inc”. The blackout of coverage of the lap top was journalistic malfeasance. And the permanent bureaucracy calling it “A Russian Disinformation” campaign was icing on the cake
Original Rasmussen source behind paywall.
I think it just means they REALLY, REALLY wish they’d gotten Bernie instead.
I agree. Obama was the worst President I’ve ever seen, but Biden is doing his best to top Barack . . .
Sorry, I can’t get past the paywall . . .
