Join Jim and Greg as they welcome a well known woman of the left advising Democrats to take a serious approach to the House investigation of Hunter Biden and the Biden family. They also have a lot of fun with former White House Counsel Greg Craig’s suggestion that the Democrats have an open primary for vice president. It’s obviously a sign of low enthusiasm for Kamala Harris but it’s also a political free-for-all that would be very entertaining – although they know it will never happen. Finally, they roll their eyes as the late night water carriers for leftist talking points take shots at the Department of Energy over the recent COVID lab leak conclusion.

Your questions were so good that Jim and Greg decided to take on three more today! In this edition, they address why supposed conservatives not only refused to support Donald Trump but stopped advocating for conservatism and openly embraced the Democrats while insisting they are still the principled ones. Then they discuss who they would choose as their running mates, with the condition that they cannot choose each other. Finally, they talk “Die Hard” – you knew it was going to come up! This time they are asked to rank the films in the series from best to worst.

Join Jim and Greg as they lament the Big Ten Conference reportedly cancelling the 2020 college football season and that puts every other conference on the brink as well. They also unload on Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot as rioters vandalize and loot along the city’s Magnificent Mile and attack and injure more than a dozen police officers. And they discuss former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown publicly urging former mistress Kamala Harris to decline the opportunity to be Joe Biden’s running mate.

On this week’s Money and Politics Podcast with Larry Kudlow and Tim Pawlenty, the two briefly discussed possible picks for a Trump VP. Pawlenty suggested that Trump would be wise to select someone who is a Washington insider with knowledge of the legislative process; someone with national security bona fides; and someone who is from […]

Denzel Washington gave a wonderful commencement speech over the weekend. From the heart! — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 11, 2015 Conventional wisdom says Trump should pick a veep with political experience. The conventional wisdom is wrong again. Trump announced today that his choices for VP include Governors Perry, Christie and Brewer. (Sadly, Marco Rubio has put himself out of the running.) I am guessing that he will pick Christie. Why? Because he already is friendly and familiar with him, their similar blunt style would reinforce an image of toughness in a world with […]

It has to be someone who doesn’t overshadow even Trump’s shadow. He won’t tolerate that. And he will quickly become paranoid once he’s in office. So I see three possibilities: 1. One of his kids. That way the bumper stickers say TRUMP TRUMP 2016. Repetition is good and it doesn’t distract people with someone ‘s […]

Short and sweet.  I haven’t been paying close (read: “any”) attention to the Member Feed lately, but I definitely haven’t read much anywhere else either about the field of choices for running mate for the presumptive Democratic nominee. Who does Hillary tap for Veep? Who IS there for her to tap? Is Julian Castro pretty much a sure […]

Is Biden the Punchline — or Is America?

Joe Biden is a punch line.

Our Vice President is more famous for his foolish pronouncements than he is for being second in command of the world’s greatest superpower. It has gotten so bad that a mere mention of his name provokes laughter, as late-night comics (and Clint Eastwood) can attest.
