They also wince as the job numbers for September come in way below expectations and the unemployment rate drops for the wrong reason. Joe Manchin for calling the Dems’ $3.5 trillion wish list “fiscal insanity.”  They also welcome the news that Senate GOP Leader Mitch McConnell was able to force Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to agree to fund the government without raising the debt ceiling.  And they’re enraged as the government keeps doing more to thwart than assist private rescue missions out of Afghanistan.

Join Jim and Greg as they applaud conservative and mainstream media for calling out Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer over his lie that all Americans who wanted to get out of Afghanistan are now out. They also discuss how a Chuck Schumer-led Senate means a rough two years are in store for conservatives. And despite a lot of anticipation for dramatic action at today’s Joint Session of Congress on the 2020 Electoral College vote, they explain why there’s not much Vice President Pence or any other Republicans can do to reverse the outcome.

Join Jim and Greg as they cheer Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine that is reportedly more than 90 percent effective with no discernible side effects. They also hammer New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo for whining about the vaccine being ready before Biden is president. And they react to out-of-touch liberal Chuck Schumer claiming that if Democrats win a Senate majority because of the races in Georgia, then they will change America and the world.

Join Jim and Greg as they cheer much lower death rates from COVID-19 compared to the early days of the pandemic. They also sound the alarm that Democrats plan to kill right to work laws nationwide and crush the gig economy if they take full control in Washington. And they marvel at how activist Democrats have decided that Sen. Dianne Feinstein isn’t far left enough to lead the party on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Join Jim and Greg as they’re encouraged to see and hear strong indications that President Trump is doing much better in his fight against COVID-19 and may be back at the White House soon. They also wish that the White House had been more forthcoming with details of the president’s medical condition and that media didn’t hyperventilate with every piece of new information about the president’s treatment and other details. And they get a kick out of Sen. Chuck Schumer demanding that confirmation hearings for Amy Coney Barrett be postponed while senators are fighting COVID.

Schumer’s Threats Reveal a Broader Trend on the Left

 

Democrat Charles Schumer, speaking to “protestors” outside the Supreme Court: “I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

This statement was clearly a threat, but what kind of threat? Perhaps a direct physical threat, but more likely, I think, a threat to subject the two justices to the kind of orchestrated slander campaign that was already unleashed against Justice Kavanaugh; a slander campaign the would result in great emotional pain to the Justices and their families and great disruption to the operations of the Court.

Jim Geraghty of National Review and Greg Corombos of Radio America think President Trump did alright in his speech and agree that his presentation was better than the stiff stares of Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi.  They also shake their heads in wonder as more Democrats embrace huge tax increases and government-run health care and Jim breaks down the truly radical ideas contained in Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal.  And speaking of the new congresswoman, Jim unleashes a fantastic rant after Ocasio-Cortez suggests on national television that the people trying to enter the U.S. illegally are more American than people who want a border wall.

Like the murderous servant of Sir Piers of Exton, whom Richard II killed in Act V, Scene V, with the servant’s own weapon. Richard condemned the murderer. “Go thou, and fill another room in hell. That hand shall burn in never-quenching fire.”
