Hunter Biden’s legal team has sued the person who apparently unveiled much of what we have seen from the infamous laptop computer. The allegation is that revealing information from that laptop computer violates a California law pertaining to computer data privacy.  https://www.dailywire.com/news/hunter-biden-sues-former-trump-wh-staffer-over-infamous-laptop Preview Open

Recent news reports indicated that the DOJ and Hunter Biden had reached a plea bargain whereby he’d plead guilty to a couple of low level offenses, receive a slap on the wrist, and we’d go merrily on from there. Now, the latest revelations from the IRS whistleblowers (PBUT) indicate that the investigations into the shenanigans […]

Join Jim and Greg as they welcome a well known woman of the left advising Democrats to take a serious approach to the House investigation of Hunter Biden and the Biden family. They also have a lot of fun with former White House Counsel Greg Craig’s suggestion that the Democrats have an open primary for vice president. It’s obviously a sign of low enthusiasm for Kamala Harris but it’s also a political free-for-all that would be very entertaining – although they know it will never happen. Finally, they roll their eyes as the late night water carriers for leftist talking points take shots at the Department of Energy over the recent COVID lab leak conclusion.

Join Jim and Greg as they cheer new Texas Rep. Wesley Hunt for blasting the left’s narrative that conservative outrage over Biden border policies is rooted in racism rather than national security and trying to protect our communities from drug traffickers and human smugglers. They also respond to Hunter Biden imploring state and federal officials to prosecute people for accessing and disseminating his personal materials – a move which also admits once and for all that it was his laptop that President Biden and dozens of partisan intelligence operatives assured us was Russian disinformation. Finally, they wonder why California Sen. Dianne Feinstein insists on delaying the inevitable announcement that she will not seek re-election next year. They also assess Nancy Pelosi formally endorsing Adam Schiff in the Senate race.

Join  Jim and Greg as they appreciate CBS catching up with other reports in realizing the Hunter Biden laptop is real, but they also note the timing matters because of the upcoming GOP House hearings on the Bidens. They also groan as Disney boots CEO Bob Chapek and brings back former longtime CEO Bob Iger. Jim says there are financial reasons for the move but suspects politics are a major factor as well. Finally, they note former UN ambassador and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley strongly hinting towards a 2024 presidential run and they wonder just how big this GOP field is going to get.

Join Jim and Greg as they once again cheer the impending GOP control of the House and today’s news that Nancy Pelosi will step down as House Democratic leader after 20 years. They also welcome the coming House GOP investigation of the Hunter Biden laptop and several related issues of possible corruption but they believe the first major press conference of the incoming majority should have been to lay out an agenda to lower our food and energy costs. And they wince as California Sen. Dianne Feinstein makes it clear she has no recollection of turning down the role of Senate Pro Tempore in the upcoming Congress.

Lee Smith Exposes the Biden Crime Family

Tablet magazine has the exposé.

The recent release of more gigabytes of images and information from Hunter Biden’s laptop adds to the evidence that the all-out elite effort to bury the scandal before the 2020 election wasn’t just to protect Joe Biden, the preferred candidate of the American oligarchy. Sure, the 50-plus senior U.S. intelligence professionals who signed a letter claiming the laptop’s contents were “Russian disinformation” wanted to stop Donald Trump from sending angry tweets at them, but the laptop suggests there was much more at stake.

Join Jim and Greg as they welcome good poll numbers for Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin and strong support for much of his agenda. They also shudder as Sen. Chuck Grassley unveils more evidence that the FBI actively covered up allegations against Hunter Biden during the 2020 campaign. And they point out the insanity of Maryland election law allowing mail-in ballots to arrive 10 days after election day – and fear this could create tremendous controversy if it happens in key races around the country this year.

Biden Saves Us From Trump, Sells Our Oil to China

Thank God we elected Biden, because it becomes clearer every day how much he loves America and reveres our traditions and history. He saved us. I cannot grovel enough at the feet of this great man.

Thank God, in America, such an above-average man, dare I say he towers above us all like a giant tower-like structure, lowers himself to serve us at a poverty wage, and sacrifices every day never wondering what’s in it for him other than the sweet, sweet aroma from the scalps of the young.

Former federal prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy is in for Jim agai today. Andy and Greg break down the four-part Washington Examiner investigation into the Hunter Biden laptop and everything that’s been uncovered thus far. They also discuss the push for red flag laws and the tension between trying to keep truly unstable people away from weapons that they might use to kill others and the desire to protect second amendment rights. And they fume over how Democrats make a lot of noise about the need to address various problems but won’t allow any ideas to be considered outside of their absolutist left-wing agenda.

Truth Finally Gets Its Boots On

Conservative fixation – and frustration – with Special Counsel and former US Attorney John Durham may be well placed, but a poorly-reported event this week deserves attention.

As reported by the Washington Examiner, which broke the story, the Federal Election Commission fined the 2016 Hillary Clinton for President campaign and Democratic National Committee for violating reporting requirements for over $1 million in payments to their law firm Perkins Coie. What did the FEC find on a likely unanimous, bipartisan vote (there are six commissioners, equally divided between Democrats and Republicans)? The failure to properly disclose the Clinton campaign’s payments for the discredited “Steele Dossier.”

The Big Guy Sends Hunter to Ukraine

I was on the way to my phrenologist for my annual checkup today, singing Sade’s “Smooth Operator” at the top of my lungs, when my phone blew up with news that the Big Guy dispatched Hunter on Air Force Five this morning to mediate the Russia-Ukraine dispute in an attempt to avoid the imminent Russian invasion.

Hunter has long been this country’s preeminent scholar on the history and economy of Ukraine, and is particularly brilliant in his analysis of Ukraine’s fossil fuel industry.

All Eyes on the Legal System, Again

You are forgiven for being distracted from the slow-motion train wreck unfolding before our eyes as it descends upon the US Capitol. Why watch politicians arguing over a massive inflation-inducing, pork-infested spending package wrapped in a looming debt-limit crisis when you can watch jury trials? At least it may be more fun to watch than more media and government fear-mongering over the Xi – excuse me – Omicron coronavirus variant. We must not offend our would-be overlords.

Two verdicts last week affirmed our jury system. Everyone knows that Kyle Rittenhouse’s acquittal was followed up by the convictions of three Georgia men in the murder of Ahmad Arbery. The winner was justice; the biggest winners may be the jurors themselves, who at least in the Rittenhouse trial withstood attempts to intimidate them. Kyle is a winner, too, but he will suffer consequences for many years to come.

Byron York is in for Jim Geraghty today.  Byron and Greg cheer Mississippi’s attorney general for telling the Supreme Court there is no constitutional right to an abortion. They also react to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rejecting certain Republicans from the January 6th commission by pointing out the radical lefties she has named to the panel. And they have some choice words for the Biden administration after learning that Hunter Biden will be meeting prospective buyers of his ridiculously overpriced art when the transactions are supposed to be anonymous.

Jim and Greg are glad to see Michael Avenatti sentenced to prison for his extortion crimes and discuss how how our political environment turned a fame-seeking lawyer into a left-wing media darling. They also enjoy Terry McAuliffe’s rough week in the Virginia governor’s race and how his ties to President Trump could cool off support on the left. And they throw up their hands as Hunter Biden’s “artwork” goes on sale at ridiculous prices and the Biden administration tries to conceal who buys it.

Biden Corrupt: Water Wet

Biden crime family Joe and HunterI have said it before, but it bears repeating: no one has ever bribed Hunter Biden. He is a poor, lost, drug-addled soul who likely would be unemployable but for the fact that his father is a well-known politician. His role was to act as a bagman, lining up and collecting bribes for his father in the form of “business deals” with the Red Chinese and operators like Carlos Slim.

John Hinderaker, Power Line Blog

This is no joke for America and the world. Joe Biden is actually compromised by a long series of “legal” bribes taken from Ukrainian/ Russian “businessmen,” Chinese businesses that are necessarily the tools of the Chinese Communist Party, and now we find that he may have been on the payroll of a Mexican citizen, one of the richest men in the world, Carlos Slim. We absolutely should start from the position that every move involving those countries, made in the name of pResident Biden, is service rendered for prior payment to the Biden crime family.

Join Greg and Chad Benson as they cheer a very good March jobs report, showing more 900,000 new jobs added last month. They also wade through the sordid allegations emerging against Florida GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz and his counter-allegations that he the victim of an extortion attempt. And they react very strongly to Dr. Leanna Wen saying states should not open up yet because opening up should be conditional upon people getting vaccinated. She says, “Otherwise, people are going to go out and enjoy these freedoms anyway.”

Join Jim and Greg as they discuss former Clinton Treasury Secretary Larry Summers warning that the Biden COVID relief bill is way too big and could trigger the worst inflation in decades. They also shake their heads as White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki suggests the CDC director’s recommendation to open schools is just her personal opinion and they have to wait for the science. And they react to news that Hunter Biden is writing a tell-all book and are pretty sure he plans to skip a lot of stuff.

Join Jim and Greg as they discuss what appear to be lengthy, intrusive hacking operations into some of our nation’s most sensitive national security data. They also roll their eyes at Joe Biden’s defense of his son. And they unload on a University of Pennsylvania “ethicist” who want all frontline personnel to be vaccinated before the elderly because the elderly are whiter.

Join Jim and Greg as they discuss confirmation that a federal prosecutor is investigating Hunter Biden on tax issues, his foreign ties, and possible money laundering. They also sigh at the revelations of China’s efforts to infiltrate the inner circles of politicians supposedly on the rise, and how easily multiple figures seem to have fallen for it.  And they react to reports that Sen. Dianne Feinstein is suffering from cognitive decline but find the timing awfully convenient for the far left.
