Inaccurate Voter Rolls
Government oversight group Judicial Watch recently filed a lawsuit with the State of California and LA County, claiming that 1.5 million voter registrations were inactive, which violated the National Voter Registration Act. Since the lawsuit, California and LA County have agreed to remove the 1.5 million inactive registrations.
