What’s wrong with people? This really makes me angry. I just heard today the city council voted to allow BLM murals to be painted on streets, not just in my city, but in my neighborhood. A couple of weeks ago I pass my polling place on an afternoon walk. I thought it was illegal to […]

In Full Metal Jacket, the doorgunner, responding to the question of how someone could kill a child, says that it’s easy. “You just don’t lead them as much.” Perhaps black comedy is emblematic of the debacle that was Vietnam, but the line for me has always shown such a callous disregard for the life of children that it’s a movie I will never watch again. Once was more than enough. Killing children should never be the point of any joke.

After I got out of the Army, I became a respiratory therapist. In that role, I got to meet the Grim Reaper on a daily basis. When I heard “Code Blue,” I ran to wherever that loss of cardiopulmonary activity was reported and did my best to wrest back that life from the great beyond. We were successful about 30% of the time. When God calls, no one gets to put Him on hold.

Black Lives Matter the organization and the movement are different the reason being the organization advocates for dreadful proclamations such as, “We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and ‘villages’ that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children […]

Black Christianity again shows what it takes to show a spine. After my piece on Denzel Washington and Anthony Mackie, and after Terry Crews, another brave black man refuses to subscribe to BLM, this time a young NBA player, Jonathan Isaacs, and again it’s in the name of the Gospel–he says, black lives matter and all lives matter. This is now a question — everyone else knelt during the anthem, everyone else had a BLM shirt. A quick transformation of elite America became Kaepernick was a scandal. Everyone with a camera pointed at him seems to be a coward these days. It’s funny… We should stand up and support these brave men. God bless you, Jonathan Isaacs!

They claim to be fighting for “social justice,” “black liberation,” and “black sovereignty.” Although it’s unclear how we would know when those goals are met, they promise to “burn down the system” if they don’t achieve success. But black Americans already enjoy full legal equality and civil rights protected by law. Polls reveal that police are well regarded by 70 percent of minority community members. Charges of excessive black deaths at the hands of police have been statistically debunked many times.

So what’s really going on here? BLM was founded by proud Marxists with the avowed intent of spreading Marxist ideology. In a 2015 interview, co-founder Patrice Cullors broke the code, stating “myself and Alicia [Garza] in particular are trained organizers. We are trained Marxists.” Nothing said or done since would provide cause for doubt.

Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney
The mayor believes white supremacists infiltrated the rioters to sow violence and disorder
Reading from the report by WTVR CBS Richmond: I present for your consideration, Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney. Mayor Stoney and his police have enjoyed relative peace compared to their fellows in Portland and Seattle. Nevertheless, on Saturday night and into Sunday morning a crowd estimated at hundreds and exhibiting a familiar proclivity for assault vigorously rioted and looted in Richmond in familiar fashion.

Mayor Stoney did not follow the path blazed by other mayors and deny the damage and insult. Pretending that rioting did not happen and sending photographers out to take pictures of areas not visited by rioters to support a false narrative that is belied frequently by videos on the Internet, honest and concerned news stations, and video screened at White House press briefings to corrupt denialists. Mayor Stoney and his police did make six arrests, two resulting in felony charges for assaulting officers. In addition, the police chief is aggressively soliciting any witnesses or video evidence that might be used to bring more charges.

Portland is in election season, Mayor Ted Wheeler, who was just clocked by a bottle thrown by peaceful protesters (by his own description) is campaigning against Sarah Iannarone, who styles herself Mayor Antifa. Good government is not on the ballot this season. 55 days into unchecked rioting under his watch, I became curious as to […]

I’ve never read The Communist Manifesto, by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, so I read it last Saturday. When I got past the history lesson about how and why it was written, and settled into the meat of it, a few expletives started to fly. If life seems as if it’s evolving quickly into something […]

Thomas Chatterton Williams (Losing My Cool, Self-Portrait In Black and White) talks with Bridget from France and discusses the view of America from another country, the European response to Covid-19 vs. the US’s, and why the Unites States plays a central role in the imagination of the whole world. Thomas explains how he wound up “accidentally” writing a memoir about the difference between the black culture his dad grew up in from the one he grew up in, America’s historic attitude about race, and how his having his daughter who “looks like a Swedish child” led him to reassess what he’d previously written and his thoughts about the “construct” of race. He and Bridget cover why the hyper focus on racial difference is not the way to get past our divisions, the narcissism in the idea that whiteness in itself is responsible for all that’s wrong, why emigrating to another country was the hardest thing he’s ever done, and what he misses most about America.

Murdered 24 year old wife and mother
Murdered by the insurgency, her three year old will never know her

It is a season of remembering names. I am adding one to the list. She was shot dead on July 5 in Indianapolis for exercising her First Amendment rights by responding to mostly peaceful rioters proclaiming that black lives matter with “all lives matter”.

Her name is Jessica Doty Walker, and these hate mongers canceled her permanently. The cowards pulled guns on her and her friends, who responded in kind. So the BLMers deescalated, bumped fists, and waited nearby in ambush for them to leave and then fired from cover.

Join Jim and Greg as they hammer Joe Biden for promising to force the Little Sisters of the Poor and others to include contraception coverage for employees, regardless of their personal beliefs. They also slam New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio for shredding the first amendment by banning large gatherings except for Black Lives Matter protesting. And they wonder whether there will be football in September as the Big Ten kills its non-conference schedule and the NFL seems destined for a major labor fight.

Anyone familiar with the behavior of abusive husbands recognizes the signature characteristic of the breed, which is an ability to make the victim feel that she, and not her husband, is the one in the wrong — that the abuse is her fault, that she deserves it.

The nation is taking a beating today. Property, public and private, is being destroyed by a self-righteous mob that assures us that this beat-down is the fault of America — of everyone who isn’t as woke as the smashing, looting mob. People are being fired, their careers ruined, for decades-old and trivial “offenses,” fired by employers who are terrified that the mob will turn on their companies next if they don’t instantly vouchsafe their obeisance.

The Wuhan virus was a once-in-a-century health care catastrophe. It would have been a serious problem even had numerous state governors not overreacted and exacerbated what was already a challenging situation (to say nothing of killing elderly nursing home patients by the thousands through plainly neglectful policies).

After weeks of near-panic and crushing economic loss brought about by a malignant microscopic organism (and no, I’m not talking about the Governor of Michigan… though her too), the nation faced an historical challenge: how to begin to restore the shattered dreams and hopes of millions of people whose livelihoods had been wrecked, if not by the virus, then by the policies that followed.

Some have doubted, so I think its best to drag the evidence into the open and settle the question. Let’s start with this January 2016 article from Accuracy in Media by James Simpson, which says: Exploiting blacks to promote Marxist revolution is an old tactic. The late Larry Grathwohl, former FBI informant in the Weather […]

I nominate Matthew Boose’s article, Apologize to Your ‘Racist Uncle,’ for Post of the Counter-Revolutionary Moment. Some hard and tragic truths are spoken here:

“But nobody defended him. After all, he didn’t go to college. He never worked at a think tank. He wasn’t an expert. He watched Bill O’Reilly. What did he know about politics? Political correctness, he failed to understand, was about decency, not control. “Reverse racism” was incoherent; you can’t discriminate against white people! Your uncle didn’t understand how racial hegemony works. He hadn’t read Angela Davis (or a facsimile of a facsimile of Angela Davis, anyway). He was just uninformed, or maybe he was just selfish. He was afraid of losing his advantages. He was irrationally afraid of Muslims and Hispanic immigrants. He bought a gun to compensate for his insecurities. He was the butt of every comedian’s joke, a stereotype of ignorance and hatred.

Whoa, whoa, whoa … Stacy spent how much on her daughter’s haircut? And Teri’s fixing to fight back against the chaos dividing our country, but how? Are Dads the answer? Also, the ladies have some Netflix suggestions, but beware, Stacy’s are a little bit risque!

Just a quick observation. If you see kids who are consistently whiny, demanding, rude, and annoying, the problem isn’t the kids. It’s the parents. Kids for the most part grow as their parents shape them. Read More View Post

The White House showed Mayor Durkan of Seattle how it is done when rioters set about assembling a “Black House Autonomous Zone” in Lafayette Square. This video from the Daily Caller shows how the square was cleared by police in just a few minutes of concerted action after rioters brought in materials and traffic barriers and […]

Some say the press is doing a lousy job, if any, of covering the CHAZ/CHOP rioters kidnapping and robbery of 30,000 Capitol Hill residents. Mayor Durkan’s demented “Summer of Love” statement has received well-earned ridicule and left her complicit in many, many assaults and at least one murder.
