Welcome to the Harvard Lunch Club podcast for September 27, 2016! It’s the Trump Rocked It, But the Media Won’t Say It! edition, brought to you by SimpliSafe!

The morning after the Thrilla in Hampstead, nanophysicist Mike Stopa and radio talk host Todd Feinburg tell you who won the debate and how. Then we’ll share our prerecorded predictions (just to make ourselves look dumber than usual), followed by our shower thoughts and our Hidden Gem from the band XTC.

Welcome to the HLC podcast for September 20, 2016. It’s the Muslim War on Dumpsters edition. We are nanophysicist Mike Stopa and radio talk host Todd Feinburg. Our topics for today are:

1) The bombings in New York and knife attacks in Minnesota – how did two well-assimilated muslims get radicalized? Were they well-assimilated? And what will the two presidential campaigns do now that the national focus has shifted suddenly back to national security?

Welcome to the Harvard Lunch Club Podcast — the (Basket Full of) Deplorables edition – with nanophycisist Mike Stopa and radio talk host Todd Feinburg. Our topics:

  1. Hillary engages in deplorable hate speech, calling half of Trump supporters “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it.” Is this a campaign killer?
  2. Trigger warnings and reaction to the University of Chicago’s War on Triggers.
  3. Hillary collapsed Sept. 11, but didn’t hit the ground when she was caught by members of her Secret Service detail.

It’s the Harvard Lunch Club Podcast for September 6, 2016 – the Hillary’s Immigration Wall edition. We are nanophysicist Mike Stopa and radio talk host Todd Feinburg and this week we are discussing:

Note: Rent-seeking is an economics term that means rigging things so that you get benefits from the economy without contributing productivity to the economy.

It’s the Harvard Lunch Club Political Podcast for August 30, 2016, the “What? Rob Long Again!?” edition of the HLC Podcast. The Ricochet co-founder (@roblong) and former executive producer of Cheers joins us and updates us (with not so subtle “I-told-you-so’s”) on the sinking of the S.S. Trump. Blub, blub, blub. Mike valiantly argues: “it’s a binary election there are only two choices” and “who cares whether you can look your daughter in the eye after voting” and “are you kidding!? we’re talking about Hillary as the alternative!” And Rob’s riposte is: blub, blub, blub.

Rob is of the opinion that Donald Trump is an irredeemable reprobate with a grandiosity complex and sociopathic tendencies. It’s hard to argue given the hole we seem to be in.

Welcome to the Harvard Lunch Club Political Podcast for August 24, 2016, it’s the “What the Hell do Blacks Have to Lose?” edition of the podcast! Your hosts are radio talk show guy Todd Feinburg and Tea Party nanophysicist Mike Stopa and this week we welcome back to the HLC podcast Academy Award nominated screenwriter, co-founder of PJ Media and author of many books, including I Know Best: How Moral Narcissism is Destroying our Republic if it Hasn’t Already, our friend Roger L. Simon.

Donald Trump demonstrated yet again this week that no matter that the entire national and local media are repulsed by his rhetoric and his character, that nevertheless it is he who decides what it is we all talk about. From the speech asserting the need for “extreme vetting” of Muslim refugees before allowing them to come to America, to the appeal to African American voters that they have been systematically, repeatedly, arrogantly dissed and discarded by their Democrat overlords so why not vote for Trump, to the understated visit to the flood ravaged communities of Louisiana, Trump has been the talk of the land. We discuss especially the second of these, namely, what the hell do Black Americans have to lose in casting their vote for and their fate with Donald Trump?

Welcome to the Harvard Lunch Club podcast for August 16, 2016 – It’s the Jeff Sessions Interview edition of the podcast in which we go in depth with the 19 year senate veteran from Alabama and discuss his role as an occasional advisor to Donald Trump, his strong stand against amnesty, his appearance on Sunday’s This Week from ABC News that was a “Trump is Dead” broadcast, and he compliments the HLC podcast relentlessly.

Then, we discuss the Trump “Obama Invented Isis” story. Was it really so bad?

Welcome to the “Tear Down This Robinson” edition of the Harvard Lunch Club podcast! It’s July 13, 2016, and we’re completely psyched to be joined by former Reagan speechwriter, co-founder of the conservative commentary site Ricochet, and Hoover Institution senior fellow Peter Robinson. We are nanophysicist Mike Stopa and radio talk host Todd Feinburg and we join you every week for a discussion of the coolest political and public policy issues we can muster. Find us on our website, harvardlunchclub.com, and follow us on Twitter: @HLCpodcast

This week, we focus exclusively on an interview with Peter Robinson:
