I hate to say this, but it is painful to listen to the person now hosting this podcast. Perhaps said person should just sit back and let the other participants run the show.

The folks are not fully informed about Harvard’s discrimination against Asians.

It’s not that the plaintiffs demand Harvard should look only at test scores. Turns out the Asian kids do well on all the measures Harvard uses, including extracurriculars and interviews.

Significantly, when Asian kids are actually interviewed, they get good marks for well-rounded personality, too. When Harvard admissions officers use “personality” to downgrade Asian applicants, they’re grasping at straws to keep out Asians and admit more URMs (which acronym I interpret as Underqualified Racial Minorities).
