Jim Geraghty of National Review and Greg Corombos of Radio America unload on President Trump for even saying he wants to see most aspects of the Democrats’ gun control agenda in a comprehensive bill and for apparently having little regard for due process rights.  They also discuss the resignation of White House Communications Director Hope Hicks and how the West Wing seems to be in a constant state of turnover.  And they close with good economic news, as new reports show wages rising – especially for low-income workers – and that the number of jobless claims filed last week were the fewest since 1969.

Bravo!! Against a backdrop of too many people saying this is the most conservative Presidency since Ronald Reagan’s (or even longer), I’ve been saying that Trump was no conservative. He’s done the things he done because of the Vice President, and their staffs. And he let them do what they want because he has no beliefs other than how great he is. Now, some people might begin to believe it.

Wow.  Mr. Geraghty beat Pres. Trump like a rented mule.

I get the feeling that this was bottled up inside him for awhile just waiting to explode.  I can’t disagree with very much with what he said.

And what’s with Pres. Trump and first names:  “Mike,” “Diane,” etc.?  Whatever became of “Mr. Vice President” or “Senator?”

Suggestion:  maybe they should address him as “Donald” or “Big Donnie.”  Perhaps that will grab his attention, since he doesn’t pay attention to much else.
