Bill McRaven is a major league you-know-what. There’s a reason why he was forced out of his last civilian job as Chairman of the University of Texas Board of Regents. He’s full of himself and can STFU for all I care.
I did like that Commencement Speech he gave though.
Trump’s criticism was probably unfair*, but McRaven’s charge was one of the dumbest things ever said by someone of his prominence.
*Maybe a different strategy in the hunt for bin Laden would have been more successful; and maybe McRaven could have made better decisions.
