Did Sanders really call it a witch hunt?
Where are the “Who you calling a witch?” jokes?
I sometimes buy seat upgrades on air travel (sometimes to the extra legroom economy, sometimes first class, depending on the trip and the price). I also have a very strong preference for an aisle seat, particularly on a flight of more than 2 hours.
My preferences are sufficient that I rarely volunteer to switch seats. One time I did was for a family with two small children (one an infant), as I could see that the children were going to be very unhappy if the family were split up, and that could be unpleasant for all of us. I was able to keep the extra legroom, but sat in a center seat instead of aisle. The family arranged for the airline to refund the extra I paid for the extra legroom (I still don’t know how they pulled that off), and bought me a beverage, so I knew it was important to them. I think we all in the section of the plane ended up with a more peaceful trip, as the children were happier with all 4 of them together.

Seller financing in a real estate transaction actually isn’t that unusual. I do read of it in connection with commercial real estate transactions, and have sometimes seen it offered in residential sales. Mrs. Tabby and I took a second mortgage from the sellers when bought our first house when we married 36 years ago (when mortgage rates were ~17-20%!).
