Join Jim and Greg as they welcome the leftist radicals in Seattle trying to recall Mayor Jenny Durkan for handling of the “autonomous zone” in the city. They also cringe as Anthony Fauci inexplicably praises Andrew Cuomo and Bill de Blasio for their handling of the coronavirus and the Trump administration starts pointing out all the things Fauci got wrong as the pandemic unfolded. And they discuss why the Washington Redskins are really “retiring” their team name now.

The Chargers left San Diego?  I’ve not been paying attention to football.

Love this podcast.  I can almost always count on you guys to bring a reasonable perspective to any issue.  However, I think this is one of those few times you missed the mark.  On the second martini, the question is pretty clearly how things are going now – in this moment; and Fauci’s answer is pretty reasonable for right now.  New York’s new cases and new deaths have fallen off, and they have been for the last several weeks, while the US as a whole is taking off.

Yes, Cuomo and de Blasio deserve a bunch of blame for killing off so many elderly early on.  Even so, at this very moment they are clearly taking the guidelines seriously and it is having the desired impact.

San Diego Chargers? Baltimore Colts? Oakland Raiders? You young whippersnappers  got nuttin’. In baseball, I still think of them as the Brooklyn Dodgers.
