Join Jim and Greg as the navigate through the states that are still too close to call in the presidential race and the dueling Trump and Biden campaign pronouncements that they’ve already won. They also discuss Republicans beating expectations in House and Senate races and the decent chance the GOP has to keep a Senate majority. And they unload on the polling industry, which once again did not have a clue, with one notable exception.

“If Democrats want to play stupid games, they should win stupid prizes” is a fine sentiment, but they’re not after winning stupid prizes.

15,000 – and every one is for Biden?  Do you accept that as legit, Jim? If you do, you need one of your stupid prizes.

    Fraud:  likely.

    Fraud that heavy-handed:  unlikely.

I wouldn’t be too sure.  They often aren’t particularly bright, and they expect the media etc will cover for them.

I admit I didn’t listen to this episode very carefully. But I don’t think Jim or Greg expressed any disappointment in the possibility of Donald Trump losing the presidency. They were elated over yesterday’s Republican successes. I’m elated, too, but if Biden becomes president, a pall will hang over those successes.

Greg and Jim have praised Trump over the years for what good things he has done as president. Do they not think Biden will surely try to undo those good things? A Republican Senate will stop the worst excesses, yes, but what will Biden do to Trump’s regulation reforms, for just one example? I am particularly grateful to Trump for exposing the venality and corruption in vital segments of government, and for forcing academia and the media to drop their masks completely. All of that corruption will flourish under Biden, but with no scrutiny; and the masks will be put on again.

I do not greet the possibility of Trump losing this election with a shrug. I hope he will fight to stay in office. As long as he can remain president legitimately, I hope he fights the Dems to the bitter end, no matter how unseemly the fight will be.

The Democrats deserve this fight. To think they have landed us with the possibility of a Biden-Harris administration. Two horribly broken people. What a calamity.
