    If spending bills must Constitutionally originate in the House, doesn’t that mean the House has to pass them first?

    Hey, it’s only like 10-20% of the total number of votes in the primary – minor error. Our voting systems our totally secure!

    Especially when it’s only off by 10-20% while the “margin of victory” is maybe less than 1%.
