No, it is NOT to honor ALL the presidents. It is simply about Lincoln and Washington and that is all. It occurs between their two birth dates: Feb. 12 and Feb. 22 and should never include any other presidents. We used to have a national holiday for each, and then Congress made those weird Monday holidays, and that is why we have this one, called President’s Day. Just two of them.
