There may be no good martinis today but we’re still having a lot of fun! Join Jim and Greg as they groan over Biden’s choice of John Kerry to be a special envoy on climate change and Biden making the progressive climate agenda a major priority. They also tear apart the push for compulsory voting in the U.S. and why not caring about politics should remain one of our cherished rights. And they unload on Pennsylvania for implementing an arbitrary ban on alcohol sales in bars and restaurants on Wednesday.

Lets hope that Senate restores their authority to approve treaties, and don’t just say “Well, that’s not really a treaty, so I guess the President can make all kinds of crazy agreements.”

How would they express that?  Just refuse to pass any spending bills related to whatever Biden signs?  What if he signs a bunch of stuff the doesn’t require direct spending?

On the plus side, it sounds like Washington State would be happy to get rid of Inslee.

And a plus about compulsory voting:  If there are say 200 million people of voting age, and next time 250 million votes are counted, then we’ll know for sure the Dims are cheating.  Even judges should be able to figure that out.

You forgot to mention that Kerry served in Vietnam.

I don’t know what all the fuss is about compulsory voting.

Just hand over your ballot to a Democratic operative, and he will take care of everything!

I am an engineering consultant and travel a lot for work. I have several power plant customers in PA, and I’ve always been amazed at the stupidity of their alcohol laws. I remember going into a liquor store looking to buy some beer and they didn’t have any! No you have to go to the beer store. I went there and was told I could only buy beer in cases! I was informed that if I needed to buy a six-pack I would have to go to a pizza take-out joint. And if you want to buy a 12-pack of Yuengling to take home- forget about it. And the people running the liquor and beer stores are government employees with government benefits and pensions. Sheesh! Only topped by not being able to pump your own gas in New Jersey.
