Join Jim & Greg as they discuss the unanimous Supreme Court ruling that illegal immigrants can’t obtain green cards. They also marvel at the Guatemalan president blaming the Biden administration for the border crisis and give credit to Vice President Kamala Harris for finally telling Central Americans not to come to our border. But when will she go to the border herself? Finally, they clink glasses to a new poll showing New York City voters want more police on the streets.

If NYC voters want more police but keep voting for mayors etc who do the opposite, then they must not really want it.

“Well I haven’t been to Europe. But I’ve been to Guatemala.” Didn’t Three Dog Night sing that one?

But it wasn’t based/set in New York.  New York just got blowed up at the end.  Blowed up real good!

So maybe the movie “had to” end that way, Because Drama, etc.  But really, President Henry Fonda should have said to the Rooskie, “Considering that you actually caused this with your jamming thing, why shouldn’t you just accept losing Moscow?  It’s your own damn fault!  YOU explain that to your people!”

I love that Kamala Harris claims to be busy trying to figure out the “root causes” of the border crisis. In other words, she is having a hard time getting her head around the reasons that anyone would prefer to live in the US rather than, say, Guatemala or Honduras.

That’s a poser all right. I hope that when she figures it out she will let the rest of us know. That mystery has been around much too long.

They also want to feel good about themselves, by voting for progressive candidates.

This is why things have to get really, really bad before they finally elect a Republican to clean up the mess.  And after he does, voters go back to their original bad habits.
