Rob Long is in for Jim today.  He and Greg appreciate the climate change crowd joining other far left activists in admitting what we’ve known for decades – that their real goal is to kill capitalism.  Rob also tears into New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo for his ongoing celebration of himself and for claiming people from other states are now flocking to New York to be safe from the virus.  Rob also explains why countless New York businesses are on the brink of collapse because of Cuomo’s callousness.  And they have fun with Berkeley, California’s decision to have unarmed civilian city workers make traffic stops instead of police.

Trump is responsible for Cuomo’s chutzpah? Really, Rob? You could have gone through the whole thing without mentioning the President, but you have to blame him for what a Democrat does?

Berkeley’s council are a bunch of uninformed and dangerous people. Do you know what the most dangerous thing for a policeman to do is? A traffic stop. So, now they’ll have unarmed people doing it? Better to hire clay pigeons, because the rate of getting shot will be just as high.

    Politicians learned lying from Trump?

Politicians learned from Trump that they can make the press go along with whatever they say? Because Trump gets no pushback from the press, obviously, they now realize they won’t either, huh?

@roblong, from what planet are you podcasting?

Remember, when Rob Long is subbing for Jim Geraghty, he is always wrong.

OK, OK, when Rob Long isn’t subbing for Jim Geraghty, he is pretty much always wrong then, too.

It’s a sign of just how hard it is for a conservative to continue to rationalize an anti-Trump position, under these dire conditions, that they are forced to blame the insanity of the Left on Trump.

They forget that every Republican President — and Presidential candidate — is monsterized.
