Jim Geraghty of National Review and Greg Corombos of Radio America are glad to see not all Democrats have lost their minds after Colorado Sen.  Michael Bennet begs 2020 candidates not to campaign on expanding the Supreme Court. They also hammer Beto O’Rourke and other liberals for using the New Zealand mosque massacre to push a ban on the AR-15.  And they defend Chelsea Clinton after progressives accuse her of facilitating the New Zealand massacre with her critique of Rep. Ilhan Omar.

To understand the reasoning behind to the Second Amendment, take a look at Venezuela today.  The people want the government gone, but the government has all the guns — because of gun control.  N.B.:  It was specifically military-grade weapons that the Founding Fathers wanted the people to have.

It’s heartwarming to see liberals’ bad faith arguments used against liberals like Chelsea Clinton.

Liberals play down the tidal wave of Muslim violence*, while playing up much rarer instances of anti-Muslim violence.

Similarly, liberals play down the epidemic of violence in the black community, while playing up violence against blacks.  For example, white-on-black crimes are counted as hate crimes, while the much more common black-on-white crimes are usually not.

In the Eighties, every killing in south Africa was broadcast, while hundreds of thousands of murders in black-ruled Africa were ignored.  During the Vietnam War, the rule was one American atrocity, ten thousand stories; ten thousand Communist atrocities, one story.

*If I heard another podcast correctly, a British foundation associated with Tony Blair estimates 85,000 killed by Islamic radicals last year, mostly other Muslims.
