Join Jim and Greg as they cheer the August jobs report showing nearly 1.4 million new jobs and the unemployment rate dropping well below expectations. They also wade into the anonymous allegations in “The Atlantic” that President Trump uttered disparaging comments about our war dead and wounded veterans. And as Joe Biden starts making public appearances, the cringe-inducing moments come with him. Why does Biden never pay a price for comments that might sink other political figures?

Bi-racial couples on TV 80 years ago? Well, I guess it was 90 years ago when FDR was talking about the 1929 Stock Market Crash.

I kept waiting for Jim or Greg to point out that those interracial couples in commercials that so impressed Joe Biden are not actually interracial couples.

They are actors hired to portray interracial couples.

In all probability most of them are not part of interracial couples in real life.

Yes, that’s quite true.  I was also thinking about mentioning that the real number of interracial couples is quite low, but seem to be maybe half or more of what we see on TV now, and in magazines.  And of course, much of the other half are same-sex couples, which are probably an even smaller part of real life.

Byron York provided a list of the questions asked by the media to Biden at Friday’s press conference. The list is not exactly hard-hitting (and he still managed to gaffe by reading the stage directions on one of them….)

(Also, would it really be a shock if the Joe Biden ‘lifetime pass’ was only good for a few months into his term? Once they have the White House, the idea that a lot of Democrats wouldn’t want Kamala Harris in the Oval Office isn’t all that hard to imagine, and suddenly, all of Biden’s un-PC gaffes might be seen as a reason to look at invoking the 25th Amendment because of Joe’s mental deterioration, that absolutely nobody could have possibly noticed until 2021.)

I get ads for an Outside (general term for non-Alaskan) leftist-funded ballot proposition trying to bring in ranked voting.
