    This was like listening to code without having the code book.  Constant references to the problem with no explanation at all of the proposed solution, other than getting a Toyota Corolla instead of a cheap Mercedes.

    (BTW, we do understand adverse selection and all of the principles of insurances; it just seems sensible that a discussion of the Idaho plan would, you know, describe it.)
