    Richard is just wrong here . He ignores the very reason Apple went to   Ireland in the first place . The very spirit of an act can not be justly overlooked .

    We work with the problems we have in or under the present circumstances that the problems are presented not in view of upholding some candy land utopia which is the EU .  I must say that Mr. Epstein’s  argument sounds academic  and much like a world citizen .
