Oh, God. The Lakeside roller coasters were terrifying 20 years ago.

Isn’t Paul Ryan probably the only politician ever whose supporters are disappointed when he doesn’t show up with charts and graphs?

    Enjoy Colorado.

I am listening to this while looking at the Sea of Galilee from the hotel window.

    It’s a lake. Who cares!

So our whole mindset while we were there was “Are our children tall enough to ride this ride?” So one of our kids was tall enough for the big rollercoaster and after we all sit down and buckle up, I turn to my sister and realize we’ve made a horrible mistake. A 4-year-old should not be riding a rickety old wooden rollercoaster, right? Too late. Off we went. I was proud of her, though. She didn’t cry (although she told me she felt like crying) and made it through in one piece.

Do I have your permission to use “necro-equine flagellation” in a conversation or is it trademarked? Thanks for recording these Podcasts, Hemingways!

Start with chickens, then work your way up to a cow.
