Patrick Moore is a Canadian industry consultant, former activist and past president of Greenpeace. Since leaving Greenpeace in 1986, Moore has criticized the environmental movement for what he sees as scare tactics and disinformation, saying that the environmental movement “abandoned science and logic in favor of emotion and sensationalism.”

    Worth a listen, for some sanity on the environmental movement.  OK, maybe not ALL the talk about culling the species, but still…

    Enjoyed it. There were a few claims that I would have liked some clarification or additional support.

    I probably heard about the origin of canola oil a long time ago, but it was interesting learning that canola was developed in Canada. It’s right there in the name.
