The best part was his description of financial repression. When are people going to wake up?
Really excellent episode. Everyone needs to pass it around.
“But what’s in it for me today?”
This is the problem with extending the franchise so much. We have extended it to people who have no investment in the future of the country. They can vote themselves bread and circuses. They can throw a riot, destroying and looting the wealth of others. The seeds of destruction have been being sewn for over a century.
People think I’m crazy when I try to tell them that the problems start with how the financial system and the central banks are set up. This is partly why we are better off with Trump. Nobody is going to do anything until the bond market collapses or the global trade system breaks because they can’t control the strength of the dollar.
Especially with places like North Korea counterfeiting dollars.
