    Let Victor know that the phalanx is now legal. We’re waiting on groups of 5,000 being permitted so we can rebuild our legion.

    High tax high service

    There is no value added when the government goes beyond strictly defined public goods. The loosest definition would say a city park is a public good. Education is not a public good. Look at it.
