Haven’t listened yet, but based on the description, I’m all in on the no chat barbershop.

Was getting my hair cut last week at one of the big chains, and the girl who cut my hair was very chatty – and every single time she talked, she stopped cutting my hair to gesture with her hands instead.

Aladdin is pretty terrible, by the way. I barely remember the cartoon, but I suspect it was mediocre, too.

For one thing, the songs are mostly lousy.

On the plus side, the 3D visuals are quite good.

To appreciate how bad the Aladdin films really are, don’t compare them with each other, but with the original they are both ripping off: The Thief of Baghdad, either version.

Does the new Aladdin have the genie morph into Bill Buckley and give us a few seconds of an impression? That was the best bit in the animated one.

I would say definitely not. Their target audience wouldn’t recognize the impression …

100% on board with the no-chat-no-tip salon. What other industries can we expand this concept into? In general I’d prefer a no-chat-no-tip life.
