Also, your update on the healthcare phone conference you had, was great. People are not going to forget this broken promise and there will be electoral consequences. But what I also think may be a motivation is that many of these senators have to be benefiting in some other way. I’m sure many of them know this may cost them a primary but if they can get a cushy lobbying gig, or some other gig that pays a ridiculous salary for what is basically a show job. These people know how to maintain the lifestyle to which they are accustomed. Oh but it is infuriating.
