Kira deconstructs the “Church of Climate Change” and their appointed savior, Greta Thunberg, on this all-new episode. Kira’s own background comes into play as she she shares how she, too, grew up in fear, much like Greta. This is a completely different take on the Greta Thunberg story.

I kind of also relate, but in a different sphere

I was raised in a fundamentalist Assembly of God church, where every Sunday you were convinced the Rapture was happening on Thursday. “Here’s what happened in the news this week that matches up with the end times as prophesized by Revelations”

And I lived accordingly. To the point where I was almost thrown out of school because I was trying to save my friends from Hell.

Does your childhood make you more sympathetic to Greta? It’s a complicated situation!

    Up to a point.

While I think she truly believes what she believes, I think she bears some responsibility in embracing celebrity and thinking her words have more weight and she has the right to be rude to people who disagree with her.

I was always far too fearful of what people thought of me to be chesty about it. My issue was worry.
