Before joining Heritage, Dr. Gardiner served as a foreign policy aide to Lady Thatcher in her private office in London. He is a prominent expert on U.S.-British relations, U.S. foreign policy, and the transatlantic alliance and has testified several times before Congress on foreign policy issues. Finally, he frequently provides analysis of global events for U.S. and international television networks.
