30 M Small Businesses in the country, about 8 million of them employ people This leaves 22 M that are owner operators & owners that subcontract. Subcontractors are a HUGE part of our economy. Carol asks how many of these will go permanently Out Of Business this year due to Covid lockdowns:
    Gene’s prediction: 2 to 300,000
    Carol’s: 1 to 2 Million
This will be devastating to millions of families.
