Since the election everyone in DC is more polite, they’re all saying ‘Pardon me’
John Yoo is not only brilliant and informative; he is also soo funny! Another great podcast!
The adolescent in me thought the podcast was worth it just to hear Charlie snicker when Peter asked “does [the judge] have any indication of how hung they are, so to speak?” Clearly I was focused on the high-minded content of the show.
Was there any mention of why Trump is not hiring any of the Ricochet team to work in the White House? John for AG or Solicitor general, Peter as some sort of policy advisor and James as press secretary.
Speaking of historical pardons. Here is a photo of a copy of my great-great-great grandfather’s pardon from after the Civil War. He was an Irish immigrant and a grocer in Richmond VA who fought for the Confederacy. His son, my g-g-grandfather also fought after his father returned home after an injury.
My g-g-grandfather had several other siblings, who settled in Kenosha Wisconsin. Several of those uncles fought for the Union, according to Ancestry.
James is good, but in that job he couldn’t “hold a candle” to Kayleigh McEnany, for one.
May they all get along in the next life.
I see what you mean.
If Fauci can be charged for spending funds that were appropriated for something else, can Biden be charged for the student loan “forgiveness”?
I think James and Peter should jointly sue PBS and NPR for not putting them on the their broadcasts.
