Tupac is still alive? I guess Elvis has another guest at his not really dead celebrities vacation home.

Trump is so in Jonah’s head, which is why Eli is so much more credible as a commentator. Eli’s sense of humor also towers over Jonah’s.

I don’t know if I’d call the first Men In Black an “underrated,” movie, but I think it’s even better than it gets credit for.

What’s the deal with Rep. Nunes? From Jonah’s rant, all I could gather is that Nunes supports Trump. For shame.

Jonah thinks Nunes threw out credibility to blindly support Trump as opposed to “knowing what he knows” about the chicanery in the Obama administration, that he might know something Jonah doesn’t about this whole thing.

Also, the only conspiracy theory I support: Starbucks totally misspells names on purpose to get the free social media advertising when people post photos

Finally got around to listening to the podcast today — Jonah tends to get very playful with a guest he feels ideologically in sync with on the current events of the day. But when he has someone like Lake on who’s not a Trump acolyte, but does see his opponents more at fault than Trump is, he tends to be, not so much brusk, but very quick to get onto the next question and hopefully get an answer that fits in better with his own world view.

(Also, Eli sounds a little like John Candy as Dr. Tongue in those SCTV 3-D horror movie parodies. But since it’s a podcast, you can’t have Jonah swining the microphone back and forth from the camera.)
