It turns out that the Dayton shooter was a Bernie/Warren supporter and a great admirer of Antifa.
Who would have thunk that?
Guess we won’t be hearing that in the media. But I thought he was a “White Nationalist” like Trump?
The red flag law sounds fine right up until you realize there isn’t a single legitimate or credible organization left to administer it.
Sounds nice though.
That was pretty good. Could have done without the video-games-cause-shootings stuff, but I’ll take it.
The year after they were introduced, California issued 86 of them, only 10 of which were extended.
That number will likely go up — which could be a very real problem — and I think perjury needs to be prosecuted very harshly in these, but those aren’t scary numbers.
