Hope and heroin in Ohio

This week on OppCast, we go in-depth on one subject: the rising epidemic of opioid addiction in our nation’s heartland. We take you to one small town in Ohio that has been hit especially hard by a surge of addiction and overdose deaths, asking the important question: when jobs have dried up, when opportunities are slim, how can we as a nation fight to curb drug abuse?

If this is what it looks like with the drug war, can one really be so sure it’s helping?

Sounded like they need some help. If anyone else wants to drop a couple $$, here is the site.

At 17 minutes, what BS. This church is attempting to give free services for addicts and is being prevented by pencil pushers. This is the time for civil disobedience. Open the home, serve the addicts, bring in lots of people with i-phones and dare the city to shut you down.

Can you imagine a church run by leftists bothering to obey the city?

I really appreciated this podcast and hearing what this pastor and his church are doing.
