What about the idea that the Virginia is a state that has been going Democrat and more and more so over time. It makes since with Washington D.C. growing from the size of a smallish town 40 years ago into a big old metropolis, built with tax payer money and providing tax payer funded jobs to bureaucrats (who are inherently Democrats), with no signs of stopping.
Maybe it’s not much more than that. We need to see how results go in states that Trump actually won that usually go Democrat.
Outstanding episode! Well done.
Is it legal for a person to give his guns to someone else, even if he is feeling dangerous?
Charlie is enthusiastic over the prospect of installing UNSECURED LISTENING DEVICES in his house? A civil liberties fanboi is voluntarily putting Big Brother on his premises?
Those of us who work in network security think that IoT (internet of things) is about the worst idea to come ’round the bend in a long time. Never mind the fact that your refrigerator can become a bot in a swarm to take down half the country’s infrastructure, any random hacker can listen in to your conversations, learning when you’ll be home, recording your family arguments, and collecting blackmail material for later use.

This was a great cast of voices. Most enjoyable listen.
All Star lineup and lots of good substance. I agree on 60% chances for Dems in 2018 although I don’t get this desperation for tax policy. If we’re at 4%+ unemployment and R’s still have to push thru budget busting tax cuts to get elected, then just let Dem have it. The Senate should be a decent firewall.
Also, I think Rich is quite good at gathering and corralling the convo. Makes me wonder if he’s ever done radio.
