My own feeling on the matter is that no drug should be illegal on the federal level. I don’t see that anywhere in the Constitution. What states and smaller localities do is their own brief.
@blueyeti I subscribe to the Michael in the Morning podcast. The Oct 27 episode shows up in the iTunes list, but can’t be downloaded for some reason. Even selecting the “Get” button in the iTunes store doesn’t cause it to download.
The button here up above works.
Thanks for the heads up on this. I’ll follow up, too!
Are you using Windows? Percival is having the same issue in iTunes for Windows with Michael in the Morning and Substandard, which are both hosted on Libsyn.com not on our servers. Are you about to download the episode in the Superfeed?
Max, I’m trying to download in Windows 7.
I’m not getting the ep on the solo podcast or the superfeed. I use Windows 10.
Still unavailable from itunes. I listened on the player above.
Oops, I meant “able.” I hope that was clear.
Was there a recent update to iTunes for Windows? Something changed somewhere.

Max, I tried to download from the Superfeed and got the same result. I did download successfully from the Michael in the Morning site. There was a recent iTunes update, but I didn’t put it on. I’m running version 12.6.2.20.
Michael, excellent point regarding the complicity of the women who knew about Halperin’s (or others’) sexual harassment or assaults but did nothing! All the laws and rules in the world won’t make a hill of beans difference if no one takes advantage of them.
I have to disagree about open secrets. I mean technically you’re correct because we used to call them cover ups. The documentary An Open Secret proves that such things exist. At least concerning Hollywood Pedophiles.
