Thanks for mentioning my comment at the end of yesterday’s podcast. I’ve thought again about it, still believe what I wrote, but have learned that Alan Dershowirz is on Prager’s teem. While I think he is wrong on most things, he does know the law, and, I think, is very fair. I’d like to know what he thinks about my ISIS comment. Could you have him on?
Also: I hate to keep harping on this, but, as far as your Populism goes: You say that Europe has a degree of it in all their legislatures. Well, the Left says that about Socialized Medicine. Using your logic, we should have that too, since most of Europe has some form of it.
